Customer Evaluations

Because I lately bought the PS3 Move peripherals, I decided to finally appear into shopping for a controller charging dock.
This certain dock suits my wants for the following causes:
- I have two Sixaxis contollers, two motion controllers, and one navigation controller (not organizing on getting a second navigation controller anytime soon)
- I can maintain my second motion controller plugged into one particular rear USB port, and my Bluetooth earpiece plugged into the other rear USB port.
- I can now use the PS3's two USB ports for the PS Eye and an external USB difficult drive, and no longer have to plug/unplug USB cables to recharge many different controllers or the earpiece.
Some of the minor challenges I've encountered:
- There's a blue LED light on 1 of the lengthy sides of the charging dock that is angled around 45 out... and can be a bit annoying depending on exactly where you happen to be sitting in relation to it.
- The Sixaxis controllers may well take a moment or two of fumbling with before you line it up appropriately on the charger.
And just so everybody knows, it is true that you can't spot a motion manage where the navigation manage is supposed to go.

I do not personal the navigator but considering that there is not currently a superior adequate reason to buy it. So for now the navigator charging spot sits empty and my second move controller has to sit in the back attached to the USB cable. This is a minor nuisance. I would have preferred a second move controller spot, but perhaps I'll be less disappointed when I lastly get the navigator.
The charger itself functions fine. I expected to see quite rapid charge times for the controllers but I can't genuinely tell any difference. If your controller charge is low, it is nonetheless going to take a even though to charge it up. The controllers do match securely into the spots, even though.
The item seemed a lot smaller than I pictured when I opened it up. And a lot lighter. I thought there would be a decent amount of weight on it for additional support, but it feels essentially hollow on the inside. This worried me a bit at 1st. Soon after placing all the controllers in, even though, it doesn't appear like it will be a dilemma.
I agree with a prior assessment stating the blue light strip around the base could be annoying, though it is rather cool seeking. I ended up putting the unit on a speaker beneath and to the side of my Television, even though, and hardly notice it when it's on. Considering the fact that I don't need continuous charging, I leave it unplugged most of the time anyway. The individual chargers have lights about them that turn from red to blue once they are fully charged. This is especially helpful for the dual shock controllers given that they face down and hide the built-in flashing red charging lights.
Overall, I am rather pleased with the invest in.
